Position Title: Purchasing Coordinator
Salary Rage: $56,000.00 - $80,200.00 per year. Wage depends on qualifications.

The position will execute procedures and practices to deliver the most economical movement of goods through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess faculty to examine data and market circumstances for the present and future lead-time, and capacity of merchandise and services.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and work with internal technical customers in developing functional specifications
- Respond on inquiries, project status, quality issues, and delivery adjustments
- Ensure effective manufacturer contracting and warehouse management principles are used with best execution
- Maintain inventory turns while ensuring low spoilage. Collaborate closely with forecasting and budgeting to run inventory costs
- Administrate new items and product stock
- Advice purchasing processes to support consumer
- Communicate very quickly with team to give information regarding the competition, potential suppliers, pricing initiatives and delivery issues

The minimum:
- Ability to identify, work out with a wide range of technical and none-technical errors
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions and correspondence
- Ability to work well with others, communicate with all levels of management
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency for heavy reporting
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is essential
- over 21; U.S. citizenship
- No relocation is necessary
